All 4 Seasons Property Care is a family-run business built on a simple idea: a property should be looked after by one team that knows it, all year, rather than by a different contractor for every job and nobody at all in winter.
We work out of Wading River and run set weekly routes across twelve Hamptons towns — Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and the rest of the South Fork. Lawns and gardens through the growing season, tree work and clean-ups as the year turns, irrigation start-ups and blow-outs at either end, and plowing when the snow arrives.
Working the same coastline every week teaches you things a spec sheet never will: which plants survive salt spray on an exposed border, how quickly sandy soil gives water back, and why a fence post set shallow will be leaning by March. That knowledge is what our clients are really paying for.
Every job starts with a free, written estimate and finishes with a walkthrough. Returning customers save 5% on their second job, and if you refer a neighbor you both receive a credit toward your next service.
