Property Care in Amagansett

Amagansett is the eastern end of our regular route, and much of the work here is on seasonal homes that need to look occupied whether or not anyone is in them. We keep grounds to a standard where the property reads as maintained on any given week rather than only in August.

Out toward Napeague and the beach lanes, exposure is severe — thin sandy soil, constant salt, and wind that dries a lawn out remarkably fast. Planting and irrigation are both planned around that rather than treated as an afterthought once something has already failed.

Fall is the heaviest season here. Rather than one visit that leaves half the leaves on the ground, we make multiple passes as they actually drop, so turf is never sitting under a wet mat through the winter.
